Our Fees

 

The Complete Package

Our complete package is our premium product and seeks to offer you a full identification, negotiation and completion service. This service is offered to you at a very competitive 0.75% of the total portfolio market value or 15% of the total amount saved between market value and actual purchase price (whichever is greater). Our initial instruction fee is £250 and we will ask for this at the moving forward stage of our service. As this stage requires a lot of professional attention the instruction fee is non-refundable. This instruction fee will be deducted from your final settlemnt fee.

This fee structure ensures that we strive to negotiate the very best price for you and our objective, at all times, is to provide our service at no extra cost to you.

Example 1 - assumes your investment ceiling is £250,000

In the above example you would not only have made a substantial saving but would have obtained our services at no extra cost to yourself.

Example 2 - same investment ceiling with a greater negotiated discount

If we managed to negotiate the same property for £235,000 our fee would represent 15% of the saving.

Although our fee is greater you will notice that we would have negotiated £12,750 off of the original market value. Therefore, it is in our interest, as well as yours, to negotiate the very best possible price for you.

Preview and Comparison services

With the Preview Service we will identify individual properties and arrange viewings for you to attend either in company with us or alone. We will then hand over the negotiation and completion to you. The cost of this service is £250 and is payable after the initial feedback stage. Of course, you can upgrade to the Complete Package at any time and your Preview fee will be deducted from your final settlement fee.

With the Comparison service we will compare up to three properties found either by us or provided by you. We will supply you with a detailed portfolio of each property including the following

Social issues and amenities

Crime statistics

Schools (including fees if you require independent schools)

Council tax

Other issues requested by you 

The cost of this service is £250 and we will ask for this fee at the instruction stage. This fee is deductible if you decide to upgrade to the Complete Package. 

It is possible to purchase both the Preview and Comparison services together and once again this is deductible from the cost of the Complete Package should you upgrade.

Rentals

As rental prices are so buoyant we would like to reach a mutually acceptable fee with our clients prior to instruction.  Factors that affect the final fee will include duration of rental (long or shot term) and quantity of properties required.  As a corporate client you may be relocating one or several members of staff simultaneously and therefore we would like to be in a position to offer you the most competitive deal available.
