The Process

Contact - An no obligation search request can be submitted by entering your requirements via our Contact page or simply call' us to discuss how we can help you.

Search Criteria - We take as much information from you as possible and begin searching in your chosen areas. Abiding strictly to your specified criteria.

Feedback - Under normal circumstances we will have found a selection of suitable properties
within a week of our initial contact. We will then send you a selection of
identified properties which fall within your criteria. These initial property
details will be brief and used as a guide for when we call you back to discuss
your selection and re-evaluate your criteria if necessary
These first three stages are provided for you completely
free of charge. We do not expect any financial commitment from you until we have
found a selection of properties that truly meet your needs. Of course, we must
limit the time spent on these first stages and will agree either a time scale or
property quantity with you during our first conversation. This ensures that you
know where you stand and what you can expect from us.

Moving Forward - If you agree that our suggestions meet your criteria we will, in consultation
with you, compile a more detailed portfolio of those properties most
appropriate. This portfolio will include area information, such as education and
social issues. Once again, we will be directed by you and will endeavor to
gather information on any criteria specified by you. We will then
arrange viewings for you to attend either with us or alone if you prefer. By
this stage we hope that you are happy with our service and confident that we are
truly operating in your interests. Therefore, we would ask for an initial

negotiate the acquisition of the property at the very best possible price. We
will have already discussed with you your financial ceiling and it is important
for you at this stage to consider all the variables that will influence your
desire to own the property. This will greatly assist with our negotiation
strategy. Remember, we work for you and will strive to achieve the best possible
outcome for you.

Conclusion - We will ensure that you receive regular updates relating to the progress of
